No Refund Policy
- Once a payment is made for a service, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- This policy applies to all services offered on https://brqassociates.com, including but not limited to tax filing, registration services, compliance filing, consulting, and legal documentation.
Adjustment Option
- If you are unable to proceed with the paid service for any valid reason, we will adjust the amount paid toward another service of your choice in future.
- The adjustment must be requested in writing to support@brqassociates.com and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- No cash refunds will be provided in any situation.
Service Cancellation
- If a service is canceled by BRQ Associates due to operational or regulatory reasons, we will offer the client an option to:
- Reschedule the service, or
- Adjust the paid amount to a different service of equivalent value.
